Quiz dates for 2012 are February 18th...April 21st ....June 16th.... though no venues are fixed yet. Normally doors open at 7.30 for an 8 pm start, nibbles are be provided and coffee and tea are be available. You can bring your own picnic and drinks if so desired.
Tickets £5 each, teams of 6, book with Barbara on 020 8346 5258. All are welcome.

The next quiz is on 18th February and takes place at Utopia, Scout HQ, 104 Grove Road, North Finchley, N12 9EA. 7.30 for 8pm start

Previous events
During the year we have attended three local festivals where much interest was shown, and we sold a number of T shirts, cards, books, and bric-a-brac, taking over £250

The Woodland Festival at Coppett's Wood is a lovely family affair with many attractions, especially for children. There was some light rain but we were well sheltered under the tree canopy.Over 10,000 visitors came to the East Finchley Festival that is held at Cherry Tree Wood, and there was plenty of sunshine and a number of people stopped to talk about Spike.

Unfortunately our time at the Friern Barnet Summer Show was cut short by a torrential downpour.

We hope to revisit these events next year.
